That Cato study is being cited by all the libtards but it is a truly idiotic use of statistics. ISIS only arose in the past few years and would be engaged in mass killings on a vastly larger scale if not controlled and pushed back. Jihad groups would rapidly spiral out of control if not constantly battled, yet we have a long way to go to contain and then eradicate the threats.
