Scarlett Johansson: 'I don't think it's natural to be a monogamous person'

Scarlett Johansson is having second thoughts on monogamy.

In Playboy's March/April 2017 issue, the 32-year-old “Ghost in the Shell” star admitted that she isn’t sure people are designed to be monogamous in relationships.

“I think the idea of marriage is very romantic; it’s a beautiful idea, and the practice of it can be a very beautiful thing,” said the actress. “I don’t think it’s natural to be a monogamous person. I might be skewered for that, but I think it’s work. It’s a lot of work.” …

It’s a question of loving yourself more than the other person, or else loving the other person more than yourself.

If monogamy seems like a difficult thing, she probably loves herself a little too much.

Lots of things are natural to include theft and rape. An image comes to mind of a caveman with a club dragging his woman by the hair. That is probably natural too.

Civilization and civilized behavior are not natural. They are improvements upon nature.

Nature, Miss Johansson is what we as humans are suppose to rise above.

Rape, murder, theft, assault, bullying are all natural things.

As humans we are required to rise above them and become something better.
