No biggie. Sessions recuses himself and then they name Rudy as Special Prosecutor. Trump maybe knew this would eventually need to be dealt with and held Rudy back for this purpose.

that makes sense. I am betting you are right that juliani was not given a position on purpose because he was going to appoint Rudy to prosecute and this is so vast a conspiracy that it might take four or more years to go after all the players.
