No biggie. Sessions recuses himself and then they name Rudy as Special Prosecutor. Trump maybe knew this would eventually need to be dealt with and held Rudy back for this purpose.

In the video, they are trying to warn Hillary that someone else, not Wikileaks, is about to leak cables, and suggesting they are trying to do the State Dept a favor in that it is their problem, not Wikileaks problem, they are calling about.
