Easy. Just make a buttercream icing, add chp cherries, droplets of almond
extract and some cherry juice. H/cream and melted chocolate makes ganache.

LOL! I think I once read a Freudian-like interpretation of flying as being the dream of an escapist ;-)
But it’s fun! and I don’t put much store by Freud anyway.
