Gorsuch had the temerity to criticize the person who has nominated him to a life-time SCOTUS position......with his comments that criticized Trump's style, I think that Gorsuch has disqualified himself to fulfill the position for which Trump has nominated him.......Gorsuch has outed himself as a fellow "Spineless John Roberts"

Gorsuch’s spokesperson confirmed it, so the facts are not in question.
But I am puzzled why Gorsuch would go to such a leftist as Blumenthal and talk at all, unless it was strategy to get Democrat votes.

Until I see the video and hear the audio and they are both in sync I do not believe one word of this story. Blumenthal made it up to derail the nomination and everyone seems to be falling for it.
I think by tommorow you will hear a statement from Gorsuch saying something to the effect that Mr. Blumenthal apparently heard something entirely different than what was really said. In other words Blumenthal is lying and who do you believe me or him?

Washington National Cathedral was established well over a century ago when Anglicanism was the major Christian denomination of a lot of prominent political leaders in the United States. Today it’s one of the fastest declining Christian denominations and a shell of what it used to be the United States. There are a handful of pro-life conservatives still in the Episcopalian Church USA, but they’re very rare. Most of their conservative members have left as the church became increasingly liberal over the years.

Is it possible that Judge Gorsuch is really a Scalia-type conservative and does not share the views of the liberal church he’s worshipped at for years? Yes, it’s possible. It’s also possible Barack Obama is actually proud of this country does not share the “God Damn America” views of Rev. Wright despite attending that church for years. But if I was a betting man I wouldn’t put my money on either possibility.
Simply put: Episcopalians today tend to be very liberal. Being an Episcopalian by itself is not necessarily a sign that someone holds left-wing views. But attending a liberal church for years is definitely a bad sign and makes it unlikely that Gorsuch will be the second coming of Scalia.

I agree with your post, except I can’t imagine Gorsuch wasting his time making a statement to clarify anything from his private conversations with a jackass Democrat senator.
He’s a liberal. No man can attend a church as liberal as that Colorado church he attends, which fully embraces liberal theology and politics, and not hold those positions. We’re screwed.
