The AKC is getting worse than the NFL. Endless expansion. Then they’ll be forced to ‘re-align’ the groups — probably by adding 1 or more because the existing groups are unbalanced and over-large for the ring.

Another pet-peeve is the re-naming breeds with exotic sounding names from their alleged home-countries. People, it’s the “American Kennel Club” not the United Nations.

OK... I feel better now...

I’ve seen them. High energy and a handfull seems accurate description to me. I’d also call it one of the Dr. Suess breeds, cute but a little wacky looking.

Just watched a video on the Pumi. The narrator said they’re “mouthy” and want to be at the top of the pecking order, so the owner has to be strong-willed with them. Sounds like my kids when they were teenagers.

Cute animal. I’ve always tended towards medium-sized furry dogs.
