That is the single most useless clock on the planet.

Actually no, because there is more than one. Back when I was in college in Chicago, some of my pals were planning to steal the clock, but a trip to the Union of Concerned Scientists helped us discover that there are several clocks.

The clock ONLY has the hours from 9 to 12. The hands work backward as well (it went backward during Bush the Elder). All of the clocks are equally worthless.
