President Donald Trump believes voter fraud occurred in the November election "based on studies and evidence that people have presented to him," White House spokesman Sean Spicer said Tuesday.
"The president does believe that," Spicer told reporters in response to a question at the daily White House briefing. "I think he has stated his concerns of voter fraud and people voting illegally during the campaign based on studies and evidence people have presented to him.

I think they had an entire attack plan package all worked up. Trump probably got wind of it or just has good instincts and is hitting them on issues they didn’t expect and can’t deal with.
The Cyclotic Voter Integrity Act
1. Purge all voter rolls nationwide
2. Reregister no less than 8 week prior to an election.
3. Provide two forms of government issued identification to register. One must prove US Citizenship
4. Repeat this process every five years
6. Voter ID required to vote
7. Proof of voting to be used (Purple ink on right index finger etc.)
8. Eliminate early voting

The Democrats in my state registered 100,000 new voters. They concentrated on five counties. Three of the counties he;d large populations of migrant workers. The other two counties had incumbent Republican House candidates they wanted to knock out of office with students and low income apartment dwellers. See the picture?

I spent 5 minutes studying the issue before arriving at that reform plan.
It would take 27 years for most legislators to develop that idea.
This is the #1 issue for our times.
