Look, Trump was just elected the President.

One of his big things, was he has said he will REPLACE Obamacare.

REPLACE.

I have supported Trump since before he even announced his candidacy.

I support Trump. I have always supported Trump. I have been consistent, and you can check my posting history about this.

But America is so advanced as a country, yet so many millions of Americans are not covered.

That is INEXCUSABLE.

Just plain wrong.

Every other country in the entire world, has cheaper healthcare than America.

All of them.

Everywhere.

The introduction of health insurance products happened primarily in Detroit after WW2, as an employment incentive. Believe it or not, people actually could afford healthcare before this scam we call ‘insurance’.

Having health insurance is not the same as having healthcare. He could replace Aca with the null set and I would be happy. Let free market organize to meet people’s needs and all will be well. No guns, or IRS, to anyone’s head. We need tort reform and let insurance companies operate across state lines would be a good start.

Obamacare is an Entitlement.

Most of the “new” people covered are on Medicaid while the Middle Class (working people) paid for it with a Gun to their Heads, the “mandate”.

The 20 Million, or is it 30 Million new people covered because of Obamacare is a blatant LIE, but the Media has made it a mantra. It’s more like 10 Million with 75% of those moving to Medicaid and not paying a dime for it.

Not one Entitlement once given has been repealed. They have been “massaged”, for lack of a better word, but never repealed.

Remember Reagan’s revamp of Social Security?
Funny how it didn’t move up the “early benefit” from 62 to 63, 64 or 65, it just increased the Full Benefit age to 67.
Even Reagan knew that delaying the early benefit age would be a Nuclear Bomb.

For all your critics here, you are correct. The Horse has left the Barn and a replacement is what will happen.

To this day I haven’t had another FReeper tell me an Entitlement that has been completely and successfully repealed and not replaced in one fashion or another.

BTW - I hope people caught Trump’s line in his Inauguration Speech when he said we need to get people off Welfare and back to Work.

I’ll bet people were clutching their EBT Cards to their chests and yelling out Oh Lordy!. LOL

” so many millions of Americans are not covered.

That is INEXCUSABLE.”

They should have the OPTION of being covered. But not forced.

The best way to ensure a myriad of options where adults can pick the plan best suited for them is. . .
\
the free market. Competition.

“Regulations” like health regulations, making sure medicine is not shady, are fine. Like restaurant health codes - fine. But we aren’t all taxed to make people go to restaurants. We can go, or not, choose the one that best suits us. . . government not involved.

I wasn’t born to toil for someone else’s medical bills.

Maybe a slave on some plantation was born for such purposes, back in 1850.
