Dress warmly with a waterproof outer layer, Gee thanks, how would we know how to dress ourselves if not for our nanny media?
It really chaps me how they do this every winter - "dress in layers", "wear a hat", etc. We're all just little children who must be herded.

They've had someone do their thinking for them for so long, they don't know how to do it for themselves.

Yup. It's why Pittsburgh is gray so often. These fronts do one last Gulf-Great Lakes moisture dump before heading over the ridges.
