Tourists from China are avoiding France amid surging violence and crime, a Chinese tourism expert has said, reporting that customers are turning to Russia as a safer destination. President of the Chinese Association of Travel Agencies in France, Jean-François Zhou, said “increasingly violent” thefts and assaults are turning France into “one of the worst destinations for foreign tourists”.

The article does not mention whom is committing the brazen crime but we all know.

When the last terrorist moves to Europe, maybe Westerners could vacation on a Syrian beach.

Make France Great Again...I wish. But No...France is lost and will not return. It is what socialism does. It rots the will to live.

I was in Paris last in April of 2016 and we went to St. Denis (just north of Paris) a famous gothic church which is believed to be the birthplace of stained glass. It is also the mausoleum for the French kings and queens. We took the metro and aside form maybe one other traditional appearing Westerner, the train appeared to be filled with non-traditional French etc. Of course, we went during the day and maintained situational awareness, and had no problems. Good thing I wasn’t wearing my Rolex.

International liberal elites at Davos aren’t having problems with crime at their French mega mansions...

So we can assume the misery of everyday people doesn’t matter.

Nah, too late for Europe unless they are willing to use extreme violence in rejecting these muzzie monsters.

I am taking my grandson to Paris for two days this April. I figure I’d like to show him the city before it truly becomes a no go zone. Will only take the metro once From du norde to the Arc de Triomphe where we’ll stay.

Hoping for the best but would sure like to be able to bring my CC.

By the way how was the weather last April.

Paris’ weather in April is tricky. I recommend a medium-weight, water-repellent jacket and a heavier sweater you can wear underneath in case of an unpredictable cold snap. I’d also try to anticipate how much time you plan to spend indoors versus outdoors, and adjust accordingly. More time outdoors—>heavier clothing, blah blah blah.

Germany is lost, too.

Have/had a German friend who’s ignored all my emails for months. He couldn’t so much as send a Merry Christmas wish this year as he’s done for the past 25 years. We’ve always known his true colors but he’s taken it to the extreme. Oh, well, they brought it on themselves. All of the EU did. No sympathy.

the train appeared to be filled with non-traditional French

How... quaint.

Let me guess: Kimono-wearing Frenchmen? Kilt-wearing Frenchmen? Frenchmen sporting cowboy hats and Western-style boots?

Regards,

Are there any Amish or Methodists that live in France? Because I am sure they are at fault.

They sure weren’t avoiding it when I went there last year. Sometimes I thought I was in Beijing, instead of Paris.
