Another historic singer that started her career singing in a subway during an air raid in London during WW2 was Petula Clark, who at 84 now still has sold out concerts and albums I'm happy to hear that she's still performing. Here are a couple of my favorites.

I do not remember her but her career and contributions to us all go beyond her 100 years. The WWII “Greatest Generation” are dying off and Vera lets us celebrate them today!
