The Tony and Grammy winner came under fire from some of her fans on Friday after it was announced that she was set to perform at a concert as part of Trump’s inauguration festivities.

She buckled to pressure from the black, gay and lesbian friends who populate her followers when withdrawing from a performance at the Inaugural Concert next week.
She's sufficiently dummied down and ignorant enough to even think that Mr. Trump would succumb to HER pressure as she did to the pressure from her own fans.
In this time of fake news, I'd like to see or hear that she actually got a formal invitation to perform.

As some of these actors are up for awards in 2017, I think they actually think they will glean more 2017 award votes by going out on their liberal limbs, but in the long run, their careers will be damaged by this.
And she , and those like her, have no idea that they are letting others trample on their own civil rights by dictating how they should think and act - and getting them to apologize for it....

IIRC, Dumbo Ears was not exactly an unequivocal supporter of LGBT rights when he was first elected, but that didn’t stop the Hollyweird elite from gushing over him.

Ms. Holliday says she “erroneously” thought she’d be performing for Americans, not for Trump. She apologized for being ignorant of the issues.
Huh. Somebody needs to school this fool. Trump is pro-American, that’s why Hillary’s Red Shirts are threatening her.
