I’ve been putting in 1/4 teaspoon of it in my chocolate cake and gingerbread this winter.

You’ll get a nice warm hit on the back of the tongue. It really works.

Thank you for the post and information. The last few days I have had a nasty chest/sinus cold. Thanks to your post I decided to make a “modified” Hot Toddy, let’s call it a “Morning Toddy”.

14oz hot water, 1/2 a lemon (juice and pulp), 2tsp honey and cayenne pepper to taste.

Drank it down and WOW! After about a dozen kleenex it is safe to say I am breathing great with both sinus’ clear.

Great stuff!

I’ve been a lifetime smoker and have been able to quit with vaping. My local vap guy makes a vap with a dash of cayenne pepoer to give it a darker taste. Tastes great. Lifesaver.

Hmm...I’ve got pints of cayenne that I canned 2 years ago. I should crack one open and see if I can eat a whole one every morning.

The active ingredients are the same in all hot peppers, so feel free to imbibe a few grams of Bhut Joloki or Carolina Reaper in your morning tea.

Used to love beer and tomato juice but have to give it a twist. Tumbler glass and add about 1/2 teaspoon salt, then 1 tablespoon of LHS and then a half a lime squeezed. Then Pour in a 16 ounce beer of your choice, the hot sauce and lime will keep it from foaming over the top due to the sale.

Enjoy!

Hatch green chili’s and jalapeno’s are a staple in this home. We have jalapeno’s mixed in with our ground venison when processed. We add bacon too but that;s beside the point.
