Spending less by getting rid of Obamacare could end up costing a whole lot more.
Up to 3 million jobs in the health sector and other areas would be lost if certain key provisions of the Affordable Care Act are repealed by Congress, a new report said Thursday.
At the same time, ending those provisions could lead to a whopping $1.5 trillion reduction in gross state product from 2019 through 2023, according to the study.

Ironic to say this as so many have opted not to participate in ObamaCare....
A good portion of them were bureaucrats and IRS agents.
The type of useless clutter that can be done without.
The internet, and all the information that can be gleaned from it, have been a Godsend for the people. Of course, it can be used, and has been, for nefarious purposes.
But, on the whole, it has finally enabled the people to be able to educate themselves on what the whole story is. Or in this case, have someone else provide information that puts things into the proper context. Problem is, most people still get their info from the MSM and would never know that this study isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
That number us dropping like a brick as ObamaCare costs explode and become unaffordable
In some cases , premiums exceed some families take home Pay and still have deductibles in the 6-10,000 dollar range
Most ObamaCare enrolled are Medicade and highly subsidized people who pay nothing net into the system
This year ObamaCare enrollment will drop to around 10 million insured
If we have 3 million paper pushers and bureaucrats administering 10 million ObamaCare enrolled so we have one administrator for every three ObamaCare enrolled which is insane
No wonder costs are exploding exponentially when each enrollee has to pay in at least $ 15,000 per year just to cover the paper pusher costs
This
If those fired are part of the bloated medical bureaucracy, good riddance. They are one of the major reasons for rising health care costs, both because their salaries are part of the general overhead, and because they make delivery of care inefficient by coming in between physicians and patients, with no demonstrable benefit in outcome.

As mentioned in related threads, regardless what lawless Obamas state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices want everybody to think about Obamacare, the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate healthcare purposes. This is evidenced by following excerpts from the writings of Thomas Jefferson and pre-FDR era state sovereignty-respecting justices.
"The States should be left to do whatever acts they can do as well as the General Government. Thomas Jefferson to John Harvie, 1790.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]. Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
So all that Obamacare did was to show how corrupt all three branches of the unconstitutionally big federal government are.
But thats why patriots have hired Trump.
And when patriots support Trump to putting a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that corrupt Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses, then the following should happen.
The states will hopefully find a tsunami of new state revenues that they probably wont know what to do with. But for starters, they may be able to pick up the claimed 3 million jobs lost when unconstitutional Obamacare is killed when the individual states start their own healthcare programs, improve schooling, etc., with those new state revenues.
Remember in November 18 !
Since Trump entered the 16 presidential too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the 18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.
Note that such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices off of the bench.
We are all GONNA DIE!!!!!
Don’t forget Harry Reid’s estimate that 5000 per week were dying without Obamacare!!!!
This article from Yahoo is another example of:
CRAP FROM THE TOADIES IN THE PRESS.
But if someone believes this I have a bridge to sell.
Three million non producing, government bean counter payrolls removed from the taxpayers is a win, not a loss.that means five million civilian jobs.
Winning again.
Were 3 million jobs created because of Obamacare?
I doubt it...
Those are jobs that should never have been in existence in the first place. There are a coupld more million jobs that should be eliminated in the FedGove, too. I would be happy with the temporary rise in the Unemployment numbers if they that disemploying those people would cause. If at the same time most of the business regs were terminate and the agencies all eliminated then that unemployment blip would be a very short term blip, though many of the ex-government workers might be the new permanent unemployed.
Of course there will be lost jobs. Federal regulations cause millions of paper pushers who are of no help whatsoever in curing diseases.
So ObamaCare is a government JOBS PROGRAM? No wonder the damn thing is collapsing so quickly.
Example:
My chiropractor is in a 2 person partnership. She & he ran the business for YEARS with 2 ladies helping- one working part time.
Due to Obamacare, they had to hire another FULL time person JUST TO DO THE CODING. With over 14,000 codes, it was a nightmare.
SOOOO—this small business had to have a 20% (TWENTY) increase in payroll JUST because of Obamacare codes.
At the same time, her reimbursements from medicare went from 90 - 120 days & when Obamacare got added, her Accounts Receivable now is out to 18 MONTHS with the current standings.
Keep in mind this is a small business in a small town & they have also quit taking Medicare patients because of the long receivable collection times.
Multiply this by all the businesses connected to the Health industry in the USA, and the number of jobs that Obamacare PADDED to every bottom line of every one of those businesses is basically smoke & mirrors.
Doctors have quit the system or gone to a concierge status for the wealthier people because they could not pay their overhead with the low rates of reimbursement that Obamacare was giving them.
I am a life long full charge bookkeeper/accounting person. I cannot work my busines at a deficit, and neither can anyone else.
Those 14,000 different codes have grown to 70,000 different codes.
How many different things can happen to one person that takes 70,000 codes to put the information into the billing system? THEN-—We all stand the risk of getting all of our information hacked...and spread Godknows where.
ANY small error or misunderstanding with the Feds with Obamacare takes MONTHS to clean up...meanwhile Accounts Receivable keeps growing.

I remember something else:
Those “EXPERTS” that were supposed to help you sign up for Obamacare were pulled off an unemployment line & given 40 hours if instruction about how to sign people up & get them into the correct categories.
I haven’t seen anyone on an unemployment line since 1990 that could unroll a roll of toilet paper with only 40 hours of instruction. These EXPERTS were also part of the Obamacare scam.
Do you think this guy was concerned about all the lost coal mining jobs due to obunghole’s policies - and the even more that would have occurred if the last minutes regs aren’t reversed by Trump? I think not.
Was Obamacare a jobs program, or a healthcare program?
I’m confused now.
Okay, I’m not confused.
It was a blatant attempt by democrats to create another huge government bureaucracy to take over 1/5th of the U.S. economy. It was a pure and simple socialist takeover of the biggest part of the U.S. economy.
