I'm in big trouble, if this catches on...
Oh no...

Caffeine tends to give me headaches so I try to avoid large amounts.
A friend of mine was once arrested for being under the influence of sleeping medicine, which he admits taking.
The charges were subsequently dropped. But I believe that charge is legitimate.
Fake news. There’s got to be more to this story.
Folger’s instant.
Irish coffee?
I used to crew for a motorcycle race team. We would drive in shifts non stop to either coast. Our secret weapon was chocolate covered coffee beans. Caffeine, sugar and you didn’t have to stop to pee.
“Shcwab was driving home from work when he was pulled over by an agent from the California department of alcoholic beverage control, who was driving an unmarked vehicle. The agent said Schwab had cut her off and was driving erratically.”
Vindictive woman with a badge.
A friend used to do half a box of NoDoz on guard duty in the Army
Looks like Amazon has a good selection. You can sometimes get them cheaper from the company directly though.
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning. It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
The police can charge you for an inability to be in full control of your vehicle. You don’t have to have drugs in your system. They can do it, if you seem tired or you are emotionally tripping out.
I’m a cheetah on the plains, I’m the highway star
A supersonic princess in a million dollar car
Blood on fire pumping through my veins
Weaving in and out while I’m bolting through the lanes
I’m hyperdrive, overdrive, hit the gas at fifty five
Breakneck, trainwreck, in my presence genuflect
Track-roundin’, speed-a-soundin’, electrifyin’, pulse-poundin’
Heart-pumpin’, brain-thumpin’, watch me get the party jumpin’
Caffeine
I’m caffeine
Caffeine
I’m caffeine
I’m a bad dream
I’m a rad scene
I’m a tad mean
But I’m not
“A friend used to do half a box of NoDoz on guard duty in the Army”
NoDoz keeps your eyes wide open while the mind sleeps. I used to take them in the late 70’s while driving. On one trip I could plainly see I was slowly edging towards the ditch. When the right wheels left the pavement the roughness of the shoulder woke me up and I corrected the steering to avoid an accident.
I was quite shaken, as I could remember exactly what happened, but I had zero reaction to it. I pulled over and tried to sleep. I was so wired I could not sleep for hours. That was the last time for No Doz for me.
I then developed a new strategy. If you gotta pee, hold it, if you are too cold, turn on the AC, if too warm, crank up the heater, if hungry, don’t eat.
All back in my young and dumb days. Now I’m old and dumb.

OK. I’m confused.
How does not having all the facts yet make the story ‘fake’?
Aren’t only ‘facts’ left to find out are whether he had something else in his system that will substantiate the charge, or the prosecutors are dragging this out while they figure out how to cover their asses on a trumped-up (we need a new word for this now) charge.
Personally I think it’s #2. In fact it’s all #2.
But where’s the ‘fakeness’?
He has the Colombian conditioning.
