I hope this movie rescues the hero Charles Lightoller from the filth heaped upon him by James Cameron.
I would never have seen another movie in a theater had Clinton followed Obama, but now things are good and I can.

I’ve read about Dunkirk many times.
But THAT gave me a real emotional roller coaster. Seeing the solider just give up and walk into the ocean to die made the hair stand up.
This is going on my must see list!

It looks promising, that's for sure, but it has a lot to live up to. The 1958 film "Dunkirk", starring John Mills and Richard Attenborough (among others) is excellent, and there's been a whole string of very good docudramas and mini-series on the subject too. The BBC did a fine one in 2004 (one of Benedict Cumberbatch's early roles).
