She would have to appeal to the 6th Circuit, which has already stated that the TRO should be dissolved. If it went to SCOTUS, which it probably wouldn’t, they would be very unlikely to overrule it.

The SCOTUS can't touch any of this unless stein appeals. But, that would have to route through the 6th circuit court of appeals first. Stein is running out of time and other peoples money.

Have no fear though, she is deranged enough to start something else that's stupid.

Worst case 4-4 split, lower court ruling stands. Won’t even get that far.

If USSC takes it as an emergency due to timeliness it will likely split 4-4 and the judges order will then stand. Sometimes an evenly divided USSC is a good thing. The left was trying to use it to get lots of lower court orders allowed to stand and to bring their dirigiste measures to the country one District at a time that way.
