She would have to appeal to the 6th Circuit, which has already stated that the TRO should be dissolved. If it went to SCOTUS, which it probably wouldn’t, they would be very unlikely to overrule it.
She filed with MISC earlier today, which is the next step for her.
I doubt the USSC would even accept it. It’s settled.

She would be appealing the 6th Circuit. The best she could hope for would be a 4-4 decision which would uphold the 6th. It’s over.
However, this is always been a publicity stunt for Stein. She will be following appeals next July.
