San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has purchased a $3.21million condominium in Manhattan. Kaepernick, who recently put his San Jose, California home up on the market, bought a 1,733 sq ft unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The apartment building in TriBeCa also features oversized windows, a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom and vaulted ceilings.

1,733 sq ft unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.Holy crap! In '92, we bought a 1500 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for $62K - it seems it should be worth a few million now because it also has 2-1/2 acres and a wooded view...
