FULL TITLE: Teacher arrested for attacking seven-year-old and breaking his jaw says he thought the student had a GUN A Baltimore teacher arrested for breaking a seven-year-old boy's jaw and knocking out several of his teeth claims he thought that the student had a gun.
Timothy Randall Korr, 25, is charged with child abuse, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment of a minor, after he was accused of throwing his young student against the wall.
His lawyer, Kurt Nachtman, told ABC that Korr had been told by two students at City Springs Elementary and Middle School Trayvon Grayson had been brandishing a gun.
The teacher claims that he found the seven-year-old rolling around on the ground so carried out a pat down. When he felt an object in the boy's pocket, he asked him to remove it, Nachtman says.
When Trayvon allegedly refused, Korr says he picked him up intending to take him to the principal's office. He says that Trayvon had been clawing at him when he lost his footing on some stairs and the youngster went flying into the wall.

It gets better. Kid had a toy gun and would not give it up when asked by the tutor. The child was being disruptive and would not leave the class when asked to.
Did he use too much force? Yes. Not a thing said however on the kid being expelled for having a TOY GUN!!!
Both tutor and student are black, and seems they have video that doesn’t show him tripping and tossing the kid into the wall as a result. The tutor looks dull and criminal, so probably he really did just lose his temper and chucked the kid against the wall.

I love it when he breaks out in song, with the lyrics that have about five times too many words for the music.
I do the same thing with my kids! Only not with the same language, usually.
But no matter how bad his home-life was as a kid, there's one thing he can be thankful for: his mom must not have been a crack user, because his mental apparatus seems to be just fine. He has a very agile mind, and his perception of things is usually as sharp as a razor.
He has several imitators now, as you may know. I don't think any of them combine humor, insight, and a sense of showmanship the way Mr. Madness does, but there are times when you don't want to be the only one doing what you do, if you know what I mean.

I just watched Tommy on the Louder With Crowder live stream at work this morning. What a great team they make.
If your child was rolling around on the floor and scratching and clawing at a teacher, the teacher would be the LEAST of your problems.
Teacher’s lawyer: Your honor, the kid’s name is Trayvon and multiple sources said he had a gun. Let’s get my client exonerated and released. Also, can I get my parking validated? Have a good day.
