A woman has been sentenced to more than 100 days in jail after admitting to causing thousands of dollars in damage by spray-painting anti-Donald Trump graffiti on several Los Angeles County buildings.
Victoria Jayne Bay, 37, of Los Angeles pleaded guilty to one felony count of vandalism over $400 damage, according to the Los Angeles County district attorneys office.
On Nov. 20, Bay tagged the Hall of Justice, the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, the Hall of Records and the countys Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant.
Surveillance video showed a woman using a can of blue spray paint to deface four buildings in downtown L.A. She spray-painted vulgarities about Trump and other writings about the president-elect, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department.

The expression of one who, when told by the jailer that the body cavity search would turn up the SECOND spray can from it’s hidden location, realizes it might be worse coming OUT than it was going IN....
Great observation!
I worked for years in the ER of a major hospital and I can assure you that on the many occasions when a person hit our doors with that expression he/she almost always got an injection of a powerful anti-psychotic.
That’s a woman?
Sad.
Make her remove her graffiti and then repaint the walls.
If you did it, I’m not sure what level the punishment would be, but you can be positive that it would be on the news everywhere as an example of how awful conservatives are.
That said, I think the punishment is a little excessive. 100 days? (Imagine if it were your kid or someone you cared about who did something stupid, not necessarily political.) I think a fitting punishment would include (but not be limited to) paying for the cost of the damage AND being required to publicly work on the cleanup while wearing some sort of sign or having a sign set up explaining the work while it’s being done. (Example: I’m a stupid vulgar liberal filled with hate so I acted out by spray-painting this graffiti.) I’d suggest that she be made to wear something ridiculous, but she already looks ridiculous.
She should also be required to write letters of apology to the public, and to anyone affected by her actions.
Doogle, thank you. this is perfect!

I would expect that she is well known to the courts and she was probably on probation when this happened
