Reading through it now...pretty good case and looks to be easily rejected.
That was only because some areas in Philadelphia finally completed their official tally for certification. Trump still has a 46000 lead (a good bit ahead of recount territory). Apparently, there are handful of PA counties left that went for Trump very well that are now just completing the same process.
Yes, it is, as her “aggrieved status” precludes the reason for her “appearance.” She got her attorneys to shoot a document without even validating notarization procedure.
Stein probably screwed up the notarisation on purpose.

Roque De La Fuente of the Reform Party is asking for a recount in 5 counties in Nevada. It would be sweet if after the Hillary bitter-enders pinned their hopes on stealing the electoral votes of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania from Trump by recounts, if Nevada flipped to Trump because of De La Fuente...if a recount discovered enough fraud in Clark Co., Nevada.
One of the Judges from 2000 AD would do the trick.

3. The petition must also be rejected because it is not properly signed and sworn to by
the candidate.
There is yet another insurmountable problem for Stein. Michigan law requires that all recount
petitions be signed and sworn to by the candidate. MCL 168.879(1)(e). Stein’s Recount
Petition was notarized in Massachusetts, but was not validly notarized. Under Massachusetts
law, a jurat (the statement a notary public must affix to make the notarization valid) must take
substantially the following form:
On this day of 20 before ———
me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared
________ (name of document signer),proved to me
through satisfactory evidence of identification, which
were to be the person who signed the
preceding or attached document in my presence, and who swore or
affirmed to me that the contents of the document are truthful and
accurate to the best of (his) (her) knowledge and belief.

The jurat on Stein’s petition leaves out critical requirements. For example, it does not
say that Stein “personally appeared.” Nor does the Recount Petition list the forms of identification
she used. The notarization is therefore invalid and the Recount Petition must be rejected
because Stein has failed to sign and swear to the Recount Petition as the candidate.
Paperwork failure on her and her attorney’s fault. As they say at the ballpark, “you’re out!”
Would not surprise me. Do just enough to show she “tried” but not enough to actually commit her to spend all the money.
Possibly, but the law is clear here. It’s a very easy argument to say there is no proof that she signed the document herself.
Say what you do about Slick Willie, but his political instincts are finely honed. And he apparently advised Hillary not to go here.
Yeah, same thing is WI, but she was saved by the election council. She had to pay everything on Nov. 24th, not afterwards. She’s too late to the game - probably all the pot smoking.
Trump needs to bring 2 North Dakota cops and have her arrested on her warrant next time she shows up.

If the recount doesn’t go forward due to a clear failure of the Stein campaign to file properly, she should be required to refund all donations.
