When in doubt, punish the innocent.

It’s not laws. It’s people acting stupid.

An ED-209? I don't get the inference.

Thankfully Charleston West Virginia isn’t Baltimore or Ferguson. They will have their little protest and march and be totally ignored. Our Republican legislature pushed through constitutional carry last year over the veto of the Democrat governor, there is zero chance they will reverse it.

West Virginia Man William Pulliam Charged in Killing of 15-Year-Old James Means

The attack unfolded around 8:46 p.m. ET Monday, according to the complaint. Two friends who were with Means said they got into an argument with Pulliam after the older man allegedly bumped into Means in front of a Dollar General store. Pulliam went into the store, they said, and after he re-emerged, walked past them on the street.

The boys, standing in front of a house, argued with Pulliam again, the friends told investigators. One of the friends said Means then crossed the street to confront Pulliam. Pulliam then shot Means twice, the friend said.

Means was pronounced dead at CMAC General Hospital, the complaint said.

Pulliam remains jailed without bond because he has yet to appear before a judge, a jail officer said.

A local ABC station interviewed Pulliam behind bars, and quoted him as saying Means and his friends had threatened him with a gun before he entered the Dollar General store. On the way back, Pulliam told the station, he walked on the other side of the street. He said he did not know why the boys confronted him.

The teen’s mother, Nafia Adkins, said: “My son’s in a safer place now, and we all love him.”

On Friday night, friends and relatives held a candlelight vigil for Means. And a dinner was held at Grace Bible Church.

The family, which has set up a GoFundMe page for funeral expenses, made a plea to Means’ friends: Let justice take its course. Don’t seek revenge. Don’t post messages of hate on social media.

“I’m going to leave everything up to the courts to take care of this man and do whatever they have to do to make him be punished,” Adkins told the WCHS.

“We don’t hold a grudge, so nobody else should hold a grudge. We all have to forgive and let everything take its place.”

Sounds like the shooter was a law breaker anyways, as he was not allowed to own a gun. The media is playing this kid like Trayvon though. Other outlets have the main photo of him from when he was like 8. This article doesn’t report that he started an altercation with the suspect by pushing him and then getting into an argument. Most places saying he ‘bumped him’.

And of course they are checking to see if this is a ‘hate crime’. I guess we need to make sure this wasn’t a love crime, but it sounds like a fear or anger crime. Emotions, what a joke.
