OK, this is a little out there. I blundered into an obscure website about an hour ago that claimed that Jill Stein's recount effort was being funded by a bot. That website appeared to be toxic as it crashed my Firefox so I woun't give the link out willy-nilly. It claimed that ever since the donation page opened yesterday, that donations were entering with a nearly mathematical precision, regardless of the time of day (donations just as steady at 3: am as they were at 3:00 pm).
So I decided to do my own impromptu test and got what, I think, are very interesting results. I first logged onto JS's donation website at 3:44 PM EST this afternoon. I finally got my sampling sh%t together by 4:00 PM and took readings every 5 minutes until 4:30. These are the results I got:

As you can see, the data is remarkably consistent. If this pattern holds, the website should hit its funding goal of $4.5 million about 8:30 PM EST tonight. Also, if you back calculate to the zero dollar point, this funding effort began about 36 hours ago, which if I am not mistaken, is very close to the truth.
These are NOT spontaneous contributions. This is a BOT programmed to make contributions at a set pace while minutely varying minute to minute rates to obscure. But these guys are not very bright, it seems.
Whose BOT is it? What account is it donating from? This stinks to high heaven.
Looks like the same pattern seen with Obama funding.
When I heard she was doing the fundraising thing, I figured that is what this “recount” is about. (I mean - how can she benefit from a recount?)
Could be a way for a wealthy investor to fund her next campaign or whatever other efforts she is into. Although this would mean she isn’t getting any other money (or at least small amounts) from other sources.
I saw that too. Not worried about it. People who voted for her should have voted Trump end of story.

No, a full list of dollars per hour would probably show that they are just moving a few million dollars from the Clinton Foundation to the Stein recount effort, with some Soros money thrown in for good measure.

Well all 3 states that she is asking to be recounted would have to flip to Hillary for Mr. Trump to lose.
This whole thing stinks. The Green party of which she is a member did the same thing in Ohio in 2004 under the same guise of election fairness.
This woman only got 49,000. votes in PA. I really don’t think she should be able to ask for a recount because there is no way she could win.

If it is a bot run by someone who is wealthy (ie : Soros), the recount could be claimed to be publicly funded, source of bot remains unknown.
For what purpose : possible delay of formal certification of the recent election ?; bolster the DNC claim of irregularities ?
If she should change her mind and not pursue a recount: all that money is hers
