If you're looking to chill out and watch a movie that will "stick with you" for months then I recommend "Even Horizon". This movie is by far one of the best Sci-Fi movies of it's time, though overlooked. I am posting the preview but if you're like me you should stop after the first 15 seconds so you go into the film not knowing anything about it. One thing I will tell however is that this film is deeply unsettling with a palpable sense of doom, and it's scary because of what it doesn't show you.
You should disable your anti-virus and popup blocker, then try the link yourself.

That’s precisely why I use them. I thought everyone had at least an AV app running these days, and a pop-up blocker, either thru their browser or ABP.

If you have a copy of MalwareBytes, run it and see if you have any PUPS (Potentially Unwanted ProgramS) on your machine. Include Rootkits in the ‘search’ parameters. Select SCAN, Configure, All drives, Scan for Rootkits. It’ll run for a LONG time, but it will clean-off the bad guys.

I just bought the Event Horizon DVD for $3 on Monday. I already had a VHS copy. I think it’s excellent science fiction. Good acting with a good story. I liked the space ships. Plus it’s creepy/scary.

I can’t say for sure because we always enjoy watching it on DVD. I did find a link through a youtube video that redirects the viewer to a site thats ostensibly allows the viewer to watch it for free after a sign in process. Looks legit but I didn’t need to since I already have it in my collection.
While we are on the subject, let me recommend ‘The Crossing’ for a favorite Christmas movie. ( not to be confused with ‘Desperate Crossing’ mentioned above). This one is about Washington’s crossing of the Delaware and it is such a moving story that I never get tired of it.

Be careful opening that link. Others have had problems with pop-ups etc, but I watch stuff there occasionally, and haven’t had any attacks. Make sure your AV is running and updated, and AdBlockerPlus works. Let me know if you have any problems, and I will ask the AM to delete that post.
