Melissa Mark-Viverito leads 500 protesters to Trump Tower

Nearly 500 protesters marched to Trump Tower from Queens on Saturday to protest what they called the “racist, sexist, anti-gay” views of President-elect Donald Trump.

The march across the 59th Street Bridge to the Fifth Avenue skyscraper included City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and city Comptroller Scott Stringer and was organized by Queens City Councilman Jimmy Van Bramer.

It is unconscionable that an elected official in a fairly high office (head of the City council) should actually LEAD a demonstration against Trump and rile up the NYC populace, rather than try to calm the roiling waters. But Melissa Mark-Viverito, far far more Puerto Rico's representative than NYC's, is doing just that. She is repeating all the toxic false bulleted points of the criminally biased libtard media, leading people to further disturbance. This useless piece of trash should be removed from her office. I know, I know, will never happen, but she SHOULD be slapped across the face until it's swollen like a potato, removed from office and forbidden to ever run for office again. This is just a continuation of her advocating we give more money to PUERTO RICO, to more Hispanics, etc. I can't remember her ever doing anything for the people of NYC, only advocating for Puerto Ricans. Let her move back there.

Jimmy Van Bramer, a councilman, has never done a single useful thing during his term of office. Never there when something needs to be done. But he seems to have plenty of time to organize instigating marches. I sincerely hope that he is beaten to a pulp by some thug and put out of any elected position.

I am very disappointed that Scott Stringer, the Comptroller, would choose to involve himself in this outrageous nonsense. He should resign from office, but I know unfortunately that won't happen.
