No sir, the evidence of genius was the enduring nature and universal recognition of the Beatles best songs.

Dear Prudence
Nowhere Man
And your bird can sing
Revolution
Norwegian Wood
Tomorrow Never Comes
Strawberry Fields Forever
From Me to You
A Hard Day’s Night
I Feel Fine
Eight Days a Week
Help!
Come Together

And More!

All Lennon songs, and everyone better than any syrup McCartney ever thunk up.

Ah, John Lennon was a HUGE part of the Beatles and wrote and co wrote MANY MANY great songs.

I didn’t turn to him for my religious beliefs, just like you dont care about the ULTRA left wing views of paul.

I liked Lennon’s and Paul’s songs after they broke up, BUT NEITHER CAME TO CLOSE to the Beatles catalog.

They were geniuses together.

Millions of 12-15 year old girls would agree with you. Serious people with good taste in music would not.

The Beatles had a good run and so did Wings/McCartney, but the Beach Boys are still playing on.

Surf’s Up English Dudes!

I’m feeling those good vibrations!
