No sir, the evidence of genius was the enduring nature and universal recognition of the Beatles best songs.

Dear Prudence
Nowhere Man
And your bird can sing
Revolution
Norwegian Wood
Tomorrow Never Comes
Strawberry Fields Forever
From Me to You
A Hard Day’s Night
I Feel Fine
Eight Days a Week
Help!
Come Together

And More!

All Lennon songs, and everyone better than any syrup McCartney ever thunk up.

LM have the most prolific portfolio, but George is the best in my mind.

Plus “In My Life”,

Whenever we see the Beatles, or tributes to them; the audience spans all age groups, from eight years to eighty.

These songs are as close to eternity as we will get.

Who wrote the tax man? They always played that song at some of the tea party protests.

You appear to prefer the depressing songs.
