Yep. I've been lurking over at DU off and on since they opened shop and the last few months, since Hillary won the primaries, have been most interesting.
The first thing management did was lay down the law; no criticism of Democratic candidates (i.e. Hillary Clinton) whatsoever. The second thing they did was alter their self-policing jury system to better enforce this policy.
DU turned into North Korea. Only glowing accolades of Madam Secretary were permitted.
DU'ers, most of whom are far to the left of Clinton, were basically told to jump on board and keep their opinions to themselves. People would post threads asking, "Why isn't Hillary polling 50 points ahead?" and other DU'ers would sincerely reply that Hillary has baggage, issues with the truth, graft, corruption, stuff that was openly discussed during the primaries, only to see their posts removed by secret juries for violating the "don't speak bad about Democrats" rule.
Now they're over on Facebook letting the management have it! They're pissed as hell. It's truly entertaining.
Hope they come back on-line soon. I'm missing out watching their world crumble. I'm sure they've dealt with the hacking issue by now. Probably still scrubbing the site of all the "How should we punish Trump voters after Hillary wins?" threads.
