I have lived quite well for 73 year without seeing or hearing of her, and I can do another 73 without her as well.

I don’t know who Chelsea Handler is. Anyway, what is this “Chelsea” as a first name thing?
That said, I don’t know why she chose Spain. The left is in charge in Madrid but the sort of right was elected and will form the national government after two prior failed attempts, destroyed because even the PSOE (equivalent of Dems) couldn’t form a coalition with the radical leftists who had won some seats.
However, in Madrid and Catalunya, areas dominated by the radical left, they’re imposing a gay leftist legal code. There’s no longer a presumption of innocence...if somebody accuses you of being anti-gay, the presumption of innocence is not on your side and you have to prove you didn’t violate the law.
There’s a rising opposition to this, so I’d say she’s got to move to either Madrid or Barcelona, but since she probably expects them to pay for her presence and since the left is cheap and probably nobody in Spain knows who she is either, I’d say fat chance.

Well, by living in Spain or Portugal or even Greece, Ms. Handler can possibly learn firsthand why socialism does not work and how it almost always produces divisive and self contradictory results. Has anybody informed her that Spain is one of the more serious economic basketcases in Europe simply because of socialism’s failures?
So.... basically this is her writing an article explaining why she is not going to leave like she said she would.
Is there something she can send me to remember her by?

What is it these people have against moving to Mexico? They’re sure as hell all fine with illegals in our communities, but leaving their comfortable, gated surroundings for less comfy climes south of the border seems to be a no-go.
