1) One-day voting. None of this extended early voting BS or voting by mail. These are just loading the dice. Absentee ballots are fine.
2) Paper ballots. Get scanners if you want, but the audit trail must be maintained, with chains of custody like forensic evidence, and they should be archived for at least 10 years and available for public scrutiny.
3) Voter ID. There is NO valid reason not to have it. You must be a citizen, and you must be who you claim to be. If you are not willing to perform that bare minumum of civic responsibility then what the hell are you doing voting? Disenfranchisement/civil rights violation claims are specious. If someone is without an ID, it is incumbent on them to go get one. Their affiliated party can help, or state services.
4) Periodic voter roll verification. I get stupid crap mail from my Congressjerk all the time, how much could it cost for a business reply mail to verify a voter's address?
This is all pretty basic stuff even for third world crapholes. There is no reason on earth to not have this in the world leading technological power - except one.
Make anyone receiving welfare to waive their voting privilege for every election cycle in which they receive money. Anyone violating that would be ineligible for welfare for life. States refusing to enforce it would lose all federal spending.
Why is it banks can have basically error-free ATMs and we can’t develop a voting machine with the same level of integrity? I am not a tech wizard, but the example might be a good place to start.

Precincts or Districts that report over 100% turnout immediately have their votes nullified.

ALL precincts report vote counts simultaneously to the state and not the media...no one reports results until everyone reports, leaving no opportunity for some precincts to manufacture votes based on known vote counts.
NO communication between precincts, both during the voting and until the vote count is reported, which would eliminate the possibility of collusion to manufacture votes.

As others have posted, Trump needs to aggressively push for cleansing the voter rolls of people who have not voted for a substantial period of time, and now that States like California are giving drivers licences to illegal aliens, proof of American citizenship should now be required before a person is allowed to vote.

I live in a vote by mail state and I admit I like it. It’s easy and convenient and cheap. I don’t even object to motor voter registration as long as proof of citizenship is required. Last time I renewed my license, I had to provide a certified birth certificate because my first license was issued on the basis of my student body card and ss card back in the day. Anyway, a month later I got a nice new voter card with my name and precinct/district information on it.
I could easily see a hybrid system that mails out the paper ballots but they have to be brought to the polling station in person with photo id and ink your finger to drop it off. This would reduce voting lines substantially and combine the convenience of vote by mail with the security of in person one man/one vote ID and ink system.
It wouldn’t matter if fake names/dead names got ballots because with ID and ink you only get to deliver one ballot to the polling station.
Maybe we could streamline county government by making the DMV and the elections office one agency.
