Also think people expecting a literal wall stretching from the Pacific to the Gulf are apt to be disappointed. So are those anticipating an un-socialization of health insurance. Some changes, yes, probably.

Trump must restore the “Mexico City Policy” that was first implemented by Reagan to ban US (tax payer) funding of abortion internationally. Past presidents have instituted or revoked the ban on Jan. 22, the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision (except Obama did it on Jan. 23 2009 because he’s a wimp). It has been a tradition since Reagan that this be among the very first executive orders issued by an incoming president of a new party.
