Neither. Yes, Biden sometimes speaks without thinking, but that comment was about blaming it all on Weiner while clearly the problem would be Huma Abedin. Weiner will be the scapegoat. He’s already disgraced as a pervert who was sexting underage girls and ruined his marriage and life, now he’ll be forced to take the fall for Hillary (or Huma) if possible.
