Clinton goes to war on FBI for 'extraordinary' decision to reveal fresh investigation...

Now it's Hillary Clinton's campaign that is hitting the FBI – after the bureau announced Friday that it is reopening an investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails after developments in an unrelated case.

The Clinton campaign fired off a stern statement Friday 'in response to the letter sent by FBI Director James Comey to eight Republican committee chairman in Congress' – suggesting at the outside that some sort of partisan action was at play.

'It is extraordinary that we would see something like this just 11 days out from a presidential election,' Clinton campaign chair John Podesta wrote in the official statement, the campaign's first comment since stunning word broke that Clinton's emails were back under the microscope at FBI headquarters.

It was the campaign's first official comment. The candidate did not respond to shouted questions as she got off her campaign plane at a campaign stop in Iowa.

He’s right. And Podesta’s statement that this is not a “re-opening” of the investigation is ridiculous.

“Comey didn’t stay bought?”

The price they paid wasn’t enough for him to risk 20 years in jail when Trump wins in 10 days. It’s a sign of Clinton’s weakness in the campaign...the weakness that the State Controlled Media is still doing their best to hide. The wave is cresting now and everyone can see it coming.

“Huma’s devices are probably the damaging ones.”

Undoubtedly.

CNN ticker claiming “Sources: Emails not Clinton’s; discovered during Weiner investigation”. What BS of course they are “Clinton emails”.

Well, here’s just a what if....

What if Comey didn’t know about the MCAULIFFE-FBI-HILLARY ‘PAYOFF’ to Andrew McCabe??? What if.. just what if Comey took McCabe at his word back earlier this year when he declined to indict Hillary Clinton??? What, what if.... he found out like the rest of us about that 600k+ money bribe like the rest of us via Wikileaks just a few days ago???

This is admittedly 1000% conjecture... but just what if? What if you took your number 2 and the guy you put in charge of the investigation at his word and carried his recommendation to not indict forward, only to find out he was bought off a few days ago???

Not saying this is what is going on.. but something to chew on.

Does being under an active criminal investigation disqualify her or not? Or are we back to debating the definition of “is”?

NO ONE is listening to them anymore. They’re like Baghdad bob.

It’s HER investigation that’s being reopened.

We always thought it would be a “Weiner scandal” that would do in the Clintons, but not quite like this.

Never mind, apparently Weiner had the emails on his phone!

Just who you want to have top secret emails on his phone - he probably forwarded them to Natasha along with pictures of his, uh, well you know.

Interesting thought. Maybe part of some kind of plea bargain?

What if Comey didn’t care about the rule of law when he did what he did?

It is obviously too late for Comey to change his mind on indicting Clinton. He’d have to find “intent.” No, he waited long enough for it to have no effect on the campaign, all covered up in “I can’t comment on an ongoing investigation.” IN FACT, THAT MUST BE IT!!! What a smarmy way to cut off further dialog on the case, with all that is becoming clear in the WikiLeaks revelations! That means they know what is coming and it is getting too close.

I suspect Patrick Kennedy is the only one chitting bricks at this point. His offer was just too over the top for the FBI to let slide. I’m betting that is the excuse for reopening the case to squelch further dialog.

And there is no way the Just Us Department would risk having a president-elect under indictment. No freaking way. If there was any chance of that, Obama would issue a Pardon “for the good of the country” citing the Ford precedent.
