I was just thinking that the current administration has driven the sale of firearms for the last 8 years. In fact Obama has been the greatest gun salesman in history.
If Hillary wins I expect this trend to continue. But what if Trump wins.
Any thoughts?
I’ve always had a jones for a classic Browning Hi-Power. Hell, maybe even a decent luger. Perhaps a celebratory purchase.
Actually, those still pop up every now and then-if you know where to look. But as expected, they do sell out fast so best jump on it when do you find it!
No it will be hard for Trump to do much about it especially in states controlled by Democrats. Presidents just can't send in the military because they feel like it at best he can send in the FBI but there isn't really enough to make a show of force in an area. Unless of course it gets to full blown riot status. But even then the Governors are supposed to request help. There will need to be a huge outcry for the FEDGOV to step in and quell the situation if it arises.
ARs need to be registered or converted at owners expense next year in California. Millions of people will be made felons. Also, you cannot buy or transfer an AR 15 after Dec 31st this year. They did it here. They effectively took away our property and violated the 2nd amendment as the AR 15 is like every other semi annual rifle. Just black and scary looking. Don’t know if Trump can do anything about it.

One of the legislative suggestions I made to Jeff Knox was to make an import exception for up to 10 firearms per year per individual. No excise tax or import license required.
