The article shows a black squirrel. I have a black squirrel that visits my bird feeder.
I lot of people hate squirrels, but they are just cool animals. Lots of personality, and intelligence.
“Maybe the chocolate gave it a high it didnt expect?”
The squirrel got more than it expected eh. RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!
Poor owners, but poor squirrell too. I am sure he was terrified.
I hope they released him and he’ll know better than to try to get inside a house again.
A squirrel is just a rat with better PR
“The article shows a ‘black’ squirrel.”
Just this one time, I will refrain from the obvious snarky comment about “Teens” and not needing to see the picture.
They may be cute, but they are one of the most destructive critters on earth. They chew everything. They eat holes into buildings to gain access. And they are totally arrogant about being scared off. They always come back.
AW! Hell NAW! It'da been "Jonestown" for that little long-tailed rat for me.
The only squirrel worth anything is one completely albino. We had one near our home in the 50s when I grew up. the rest can go eat scat for all I care.

But you left yourself room to use Amish......
He’s unarmed. Don’t shoot him. You’ll get in trouble with SLM.
He could destroy keyboard keys and usb cables in seconds. Miniblinds got shredded, among other things.
But he was a fun pet.
Squirrels are very destructive inside a house. They panic and run all over everything with very sharp claws. We’ve had a couple get in but were fortunate to be home and could open all the doors and shoe them out.
I didn’t think it was legal to own Squirrels. Maybe in some states. Of course, I do recall having a pet English Sparrow years ago, that had fallen out of a nest. I let it go when it began trying to fly.
The notion that sugar gives a HIGH (e.g. in children) is TOTALLY FALSE.
Cuz insulin.
Lots of sciurophobes and sciuropaths on this thread.
I didn't own him. He was only a guest, that overstayed his welcome.
This is considered news worthy?
We had problems with squirrels getting in-———and I know others that have had them in the house.
