You mean what I saw last year in a rural area of central Jersey might not have been just a big-@$$ deer? BTW, there are more deer here in suburban NJ now than there were in 1776! No predators remain, except the automobile.
Back when I was doing a lot of bow hunting I read an article about a guide who took folks out for money to places like Montana and Saskatchewan but for his PERSONAL hunting and trophies he hunted New Jersey. Literally, back yards. He wrote homeowners would be happy to give him permission. His point was effort per pound of meat New Jersey was the best hunting in the US.
