A couple of years ago here in Houston, I think, a woman was too fat to get out of her door. They had to cut the door frame. Then she was too fat to fit in an ambulance so they had to get a bigger truck.

And now she works for the Clinton campaign to accuse Trump of making her feel bad about her weight “issues”.
What’s really interesting is how resilient the human body is, that these people can survive as long as they do. I occasionally see people on the street who are so fat that I wonder how their bones carry it all.
The human body is an amazing, adaptable, machine.
But I do believe that many seriously obese people have more than just an overeating problem. Some bodies just don’t deal with food the way that others do. I’ve seen unbelievably and dangerously thin people about whose bones I’ve wondered the same thing. They have a medical or genetic problem, not an ‘undereating’ problem.
