I’ve probably read “I will resign from the GOP after (insert election year)” a thousand times since I registered....and still see it. Amazing.

I switched my registration to Independent after the McCain and Romney disasters. And swore to never go back to the GOP because I was so disgusted with them.

But then I moved to Florida, where to vote for Trump, I needed to re-register as a Republican. I swallowed hard and did so and have cast both my primary vote and my early absentee general election vote for Trump.

As soon as this election is over, I am telling those phony GOP elites to go stuff it where the sun don't shine.

When (not if but when) Trump wins, I hope a new Populist Party forms from his supporters and we can watch the currently ruined GOP elites fade away in the rearview mirror.
