For her footwear, two super duty garbage bags painted brown tied around her ankles with jute and filled with dog ****.

... actually a replica of Monica’s blue dress with mayo smeared on it. She couldn’t fit into the actual blue dress since her fat tummy would pop the front open.

She should take off her current “blonde” wig and replace it with a “big hair” black wig.

Here are some trick-or-treaters showing off their Halloween costumes all "Monica's Blue Dress". If they turn around you would see the mayo they smeared on the front.

Here is a nice picture of Hillary's Halloween costume "The Blue Dress". This picture should be hung up in the White House so we can all remember the "good ol' days" when Hillary and Bill were there. Just think of the great times in the White House, and when the kids come for the "candy" - especially the underage girls - maybe Bill can wear a blue dress, too, and not just Hillary.
