Group costume. Have a couple of friends dress up as the Edmund Fitzgerald.
Then Hillary comes in as The Witch of November and wrecks it all... just like she hopes to do to the country.

There was some "expert" who claimed that was a side effect from NBC using a chroma key to edit out her eye which had gotten twitchy and replace the iris and pupil. To me it looked like the video had a drop out and anything that was moving in it got strange until the next
full, non-interpolated I-frame was displayed.
