The Vice President should not be threatening a presidential candidate with violence, particularly after the proven link between the White House and the organized brown shirting of Trump rallies. This could very easily be seen as a go ahead by someone unstable. Perhaps it is meant as such.
If the Secret Service doesn't question Biden about his threats against a presidential candidate, then the Secret Service joins the ranks of the administrative branch "conspiracy to obstruct justice" felons - the DOJ, the FBI & the IRS.

African American civilization is in a state of existential crisis that has far outstripped the machinations of cultural Marxism and people like “Reverend” Wright. Blacks put total faith in big government liberalism and especially in their half-black messiah Obama. Both have utterly failed them and deep down they know it. There is nothing more dangerous than ignorant people with real grievances.
The goal of cultural marxism was to destroy the matrix of Western Civilization in order to make it easier for them to seize control. They have certainly destroyed our civilization but they will not succeed to controlling the madness they are unleashing. It will consume them first. It already is. Society has been destabilized to the point that no one can predict where it is headed.
We need to remember that blacks are not our enemies but the profoundest victims of our enemies. The bizarre leftist and Wall Steet monstrosity that runs this country MUST keep all its victims at each others throats in order to survive. That is why the BLM, rioting, and football nonsense is promoted with such loving care by the media.
We must not let the Ayers crew lead us into a race war with the blacks but find a way to liberate the hood. They can be reached with a radical message the gives them hope and a sense of belongingness, self-worth, and purpose.
