Why would aliens produce a poorly made hunk of aluminum?
If it was from aliens that can space travel the manufacturing would be exquisite. Perfect finish. Perfect dimensions. Etc.
Carbon dating and other techniques have been proven wrong in various settings. There are no aliens period.
It’s an alien toilet seat . Might be enough alien fecal DNA material to recreate the alien there.
