J. Christian Adams, the President and General Counsel of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, has filed a legal complaint to the Federal Election Commission against “Hillary for America, the Democratic National Committee, Democracy Partners, Americans United for Change, and other known and unknown individuals and groups” based on O’Keefe’s second video investigation.

Purely symbolic. The FBI has made it perfectly clear that Hillary could sent Top Secret SCI over non-secure email, lie about it under oath, and still not get prosecuted. This is trivial in comparison to the crimes that FBI Director Comey already exonerated her for.

I am not normally a tin foil guy but I am going to agree with some others: We are witnessing a coup. Nothing else can explain the willful silence of the media to this corruption and criminality.
I wish we taxpaying citizens could file a class action lawsuit, may be symbolic but could put these people on notice. They are taking away our rights and forcing us to pay for it. I don’t want to pay for it anymore, do you?

The problem with that idea is that it is appealing to a corrupt government for protection from that corrupt government. It accomplishes nothing. Considering that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, there is a higher power than the courts. It is time and past time for the thugs to back off. I don't think they want to see the ugly process of the people stepping in to put government back within its proper limits under the enumerated powers.
Yeah, it kind of puts pressure on the media to cover, although it doesn`t mean they will. What are they going to do, vett whether Adams is a real person and whether he actually filed the complaint?
Don’t know about Fox News, but Fox Business is all over it - Varney played it at least twice this morning and I expect to see it on Lou Dobbs tonight at least a couple times....
It will get legitimately investigated under an Obama or Hillary presidency.
