The problem with that idea is that it is appealing to a corrupt government for protection from that corrupt government. It accomplishes nothing. Considering that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, there is a higher power than the courts. It is time and past time for the thugs to back off. I don't think they want to see the ugly process of the people stepping in to put government back within its proper limits under the enumerated powers.
True, but it might get people’s attention. We are being taxed without representation. We are being forced to pay for illegal immigration and for people coming in that may wish to do us harm.
