Yes, the Jerry Parks story is told in some detail in the book "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton," written by British journalist Ambrose Evans-Pritchard and published by Regnery in 1997.
BTW, it is well known that Jerry Parks and Vincent Foster had some business dealings together in Arkansas. Parks had been a security director for the Clinton presidential campaign in 1992 in Little Rock.
Linda Tripp has testified to the eery mood present in the White House when it was learned that Parks had been rubbed out.
