JACKSON COUNTY, WV -
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office tells 13 News the department is investigating a sex assault case against a 9-month-old baby.
Sheriff's Office officials confirm Benjamin Taylor, the baby's mother's boyfriend, is charged with first degree sexual assault.

The Democratic party disagrees — they are the ones who picked the judges that decided that the death penalty was “cruel and unusual” for rape cases.
They’ll scream bloody murder about how conservatives don’t take rape seriously, but they are the ones that decided it just wasn’t worth putting anybody to death over.
I thought the reasoning is that, if the rapist knows he will be sentenced to death for rape, he would just kill his victim.
May the Good Lord heal the physical and spiritual wounds inflicted on this child.

Hopefully the infant will recover with no lasting, physical problems from this disgusting assault. I don’t believe a 9 month old would be able to remember it, which would be a blessing for her in the future.
The man who assaulted her needs to be removed from society, and kept out of it. There are several ways that this could be accomplished.

I agree, too. When people are taught that every sexual urge must be acted upon, regardless of outcomes or what people used to call “morality,” this is what you get.
Yeah, the firing squad and death by electric chair need to be brought back for demons like this guy.
