A normal, mentally balanced person would look, agree/disagree and try to work it out.
Not this crazy woman. She is unhinged. How do you think she talked to the officer that came up for this, which is not even a accident report.
I just posted much the same on another link where the guy was taking her side. Personally, I don't think the smudge on the car was a big deal from what I could see. But I have a feeling they could NOT have approached her in ANY fashion where she wouldn't have gone ballistic.
I had a deal recently with a black teen who was sitting on one of the cars, but wanted to physically fight when he was told not to sit on it and damage the paint and to stop twisting the antennae. He eventually left, but I called the police (non-emergency) to report it in case he wanted to come back and get some kind of revenge for being "disrespected" as some people so like to claim. I feel so SAD for these kids. At one point she tells them to "stop hugging!" And the video cuts off, but right at the end, when she is not near the couple, I hear her yell at one to "Shut the fuck up!" Can you imagine her wrath in private if she is this unhinged in public? Most people have enough discretion to at least control themselves in public. But this woman has NO filter at all.
Those kids are probably ruined and if she is this out of control in public, imagine how she disciplines them.
Why must these “ratchets” repeat themselves? Why do they repeat themselves? Why do they repeat themselves? Why do they.....

My only guess is they can’t think of anything foul to say at the time, so they stall by repeating. It’s also probably meant to sound more intimidating by not letting the other person speak. The repeated idiocy flummoxes the recipient.

It is a good idea to record this since she is the type to make false accusations.

The girl is definitely unhinged but after looking at the video several times (sound turned off, of course) the worst part of that dent appears to be on the top of the fender, not on the side like you would expect if it was hit by a door. It looks more like it was done by a shopping cart, if you ask me.
That’s the MO of a guilty person. I dealt with it on a nearly daily basis for 10 years. Scream, rant, irrationally fling accusations, stake the moral high ground and don’t acquiesce. She’s done this A LOT.
You see it now because so many people have the means to record that which before could only be related verbally....at which point the person telling the story would have been called a racist.
It’s a modern phenomenon. Decades of PC, being told to tolerate the intolerable, ‘black power’, ‘it’s only wrong if you think it’s wrong’, entitlement, and lack of responsibility have created it. Black women in general seem to have some serious emotional/psychological issues, from what I often witness. Many seem to be very mean, petty and loud.

Maybe neither of you have ever tried to intelligently discuss something with a minimal intellect person. They stonewall you until you give up by the constant repetition of the same thing. Eventually many of us just never try in the first place. Being in a management position with these persons is almost hell on earth.
I’ve noticed that type behavior for as long as I can remember. And the more individuals involved, the animalistic behavior increases exponentially. You thought she was unruly as a solo act. Add a few more to the mix.
Personally, I believe it’s partly a genetic trait. I base that only on my interaction with Africans during the course of my life.
Wrong.
